Erica Olenski

Erica Olenski is an award-winning Board Certified Patient Advocate (BCPA) and healthcare strategist with over 20 years of experience advising health systems, health technology companies, and national initiatives. She currently serves as Vice President at Innsena and previously held executive leadership roles, including Vice President at FINN Partners, where she guided healthcare organizations through complex strategy, communications, and innovation efforts. 

Erica is recognized for her ability to translate complex healthcare systems, policy, and technology into clear, scalable strategies that improve patient and workforce outcomes. She is the founder of #HITsm, one of the first global health IT communities, and a nationally sought-after speaker whose work has been featured in The Wall Street Journal, Good Morning America, and Newsweek.
